1. Digital Products & Online Programs

All payments made for digital products, online courses, recorded sessions, e-books, or downloadable content are non-refundable.
Once access is granted, the purchase cannot be cancelled.

2. Workshops & Live Training Sessions

Cancellation by User:
- If you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop, you may request a reschedule or credit for a future session (no cash refund).
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable.
Non-Attendance:
- No refund will be provided if you fail to attend the workshop for any reason.

3. Cancellation by WomenEmpowerment.com

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop or service due to unavoidable circumstances.
In such cases, you will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- An option to join the rescheduled session

4. Payment Errors & Duplicate Transactions

If you are charged more than once due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. No Guarantee of Results

All programs and services are offered for educational and empowerment purposes only.
We do not guarantee income, employment, or specific results, and therefore refunds cannot be claimed based on expectations or personal outcomes.
